How does our TENS hire service work?
You can book your TENS machine any time during your pregnancy.
Six weeks TENS hire for $69.99 includes:

Bond: a bond of $50 is charged at the time of your booking. Once the unit is returned $50 is deposited back to you.
Confirmation: once you complete your booking online, you will receive an email confirming your booking. Please record in your diary, the dispatch date you selected.
Shipping: we will dispatch your TENS machine on or before the dispatch date you have selected. Orders are dispatched each day by 3.30pm. If you require your TENS asap and you order before 3.00pm Monday to Friday we will dispatch your TENS on an overnight service the same day. If your unit is dispatched on a Friday it will arrive to you on the Monday. Rural deliveries take an extra 3 days. Please use a non-rural address for free shipping and a quicker shipping service.
Courier Tracking: once your unit is dispatched you will receive a NZ Post Courier tracking email so you can track your TENS unit.
Dispatch Date & Return: units are dispatched on, or before, the date you have selected for dispatch. When booking your TENS, we suggest selecting a dispatch date of 23 days prior to your due date. That way you'll have the TENS, 3 weeks before your due date & for 3 weeks after your due date. If you think you'll go into labour earlier, then select a different dispatch date. At the time of booking, the return date will be automatically calculated.
Click & Collect: we are based in Christchurch so you can select 'click & collect' if you prefer to pick up the unit (between 9-12.30pm Mon-Fri).
Usual delivery time: overnight Mon-Fri (longer for rural addresses).
Cost of additional weeks hire: is $10 per full week. This is simply deducted from your bond.
Booking Time Frame: You can book your TENS anytime. The second trimester is a good time to book your TENS, but you can book earlier if you wish. If you have left it to the third trimester or even a couple of days before your due date, don’t worry, book online here and a unit will be dispatched asap.
